Scott Lueck, Corporate Director of Revenue Management
As Corporate Director of Revenue Management, Scott Lueck
works closely with the Corporate Director of Training and oversees the
revenue management infrastructure and systems for Windsor Capital Group.
Mr. Lueck directly oversees the daily operation of
Windsor Capital Group's team of Revenue Managers for the Hilton
Portfolio of hotels (Embassy Suites). He is responsible for
implementation and ongoing maintenance of systems that maximizes
revenue for WCG. In addition, Scott directly supervises two WCG
Regional Revenue Managers, is responsible for cultivating relationships
with brand revenue management resources and between the Sales/Revenue
Management Departments.
With more than 17 years of experience in his
hospitability career, Scott has worked in a variety of functions
including night audit, human resources, accounting, and sales. Scott
joined WCG in 1996 as Director of Guest Services at the Lompoc Embassy
Suites Hotel and progressed quickly through positions with increasing
responsibility including Revenue Manager and Corporate Yield Management
Director.
